This agreement is between myself, Echo02 (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client"). The Client is commissioning the Artist for artwork, hereafter referred to as "commission" and/or "artwork."
Please contact me if you have any questions. Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in a ban from future commissions and will result in all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork being rescinded.I, the Artist, am not responsible if the Client fails to read or confirm these Terms of Service. The Client is responsible for clarifying with the Artist any policy they are unsure of.

General
I reserve the right to reject any commission. If I'm unable to take or complete your commission, you will be notified as soon as possible.
▸ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
• Do not trace, reproduce, edit, or modify any of my artwork without my explicit consent.
• Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
• Do not use my artwork for any AI-related activities, including (but not limited to) AI training and AI-generated works.
• Do not use my artwork for any blockchain-related activities, including (but not limited to) NFTs and cryptocurrency.

• Flat-faced anthros, animal ears, and tails
• Small robotic/electronic parts
Extra charges and/or time allowance for:

↳ Mecha/armor
↳ Spicy art

Male bodies (I don't know how to draw males!)
↳ Loli/shota
↳ AI-generated images
↳ NFT or related crypto projects
↳ Abusive or discriminatory works
↳ Copyrighted characters (unless the commissioner is the owner or a representative of the IP)
↳ Real people doing any NSFW activity
↳ Small child-like characters (with child features, physically seen as a child) doing any type of NSFW
↳ Redraws on top, or copies with recolors of existing characters.

I will notify you to the best of my ability if your design or usage is outside my scope. It is your responsibility to disclose if your order falls under anything in my "don't" category.I will cancel the order immediately at any stage of the process if I discover the work falls under any of my "don't" categories, and you will not receive a refund of any kind.

💳 PAYMENTS
• $20 (USD) + commissions: 60% upfront via VGen, 40% upon completion.
↳ (This excludes "Surprise Me" commissions, which require full payment upfront.)
Under $20: Full payment upfront.Payment plans: These can be discussed before invoicing.Invoices expire in 48 hours. Reminders will be sent around 24 hours. No response will result in the commission being rejected.📝 COMMISSION PROCESS
Submission: After you fill out the VGen form, I’ll review the details and contact you with any questions or for confirmation.Start Date: For non-instant orders, I’ll provide an estimated timeline. The commission slot is reserved and work time starts after payment is settled.Progress Updates: You’ll be contacted at and in between these phases:

░ ∘ Baking in the Oven → Coloring Phase
░ ∘ Adding Frosting → Rendering Phase
░ ∘ Ready to Serve! → Final Art Delivered!Delivery: A low-res preview will be sent first. Full-res files will be delivered via Google Drive after final payment.
↳ Save your files! I periodically clean my Drive and cannot guarantee re-uploads.
Rush orders/commercial projects may impact timelines. If your commission start/end date is affected by a rush order or commercial project, you may be offered a discount.

I can post the artwork unless you pay for privacy (an extra fee).You may (with personal use):
↳ Use it for profile pictures (like Twitter/X), banners (Twitch, YouTube, X, and the likes), or personal prints (stickers/posters for non-sale).
↳ Repost with clear written credit (e.g., Toyhou.se, Carrd).You may NOT:
↳ Edit, trace, feed to AI, resell, or use commercially without prior agreement.
Commercial Use:
↳ Monetized Content (e.g., emotes, VTuber models): A fee is applied to the base price.
↳ Physical Merch (e.g., sellable keychains, prints): Case-by-case pricing.
↳ Always disclose commercial intent upfront!This Commercial Rights charge is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass printing, mass distribution, and/or profitable activities. Do not hesitate to ask me for clarification on any uses! Inquiries are welcome.Copyright of the commissioned artwork always belongs to me, Echo02. The intellectual property rights of existing characters drawn belong to their respective owners.

Working Speed
• You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like!
• it can take me a few days before I will be able to start working on the commission, and it may take me longer if there are other people before you in the queue.
• Typical turnaround: 1–4 weeks (simpler pieces like headshots and half bodies with simple backgrounds will be faster; bigger pieces will take longer).
• if there are delays, I’ll notify you.I do not offer rush slots. If you need art by a deadline, please ask early!I may work on personal art between commissions. If you're uncomfortable with this, please do not commission me.

I'm a student. I have time in the afternoons, which is when I work on commissions usually ! I sadly can't work on commissions all day or all week, so there are some days when I'm burned out and can't work.Revisions
Free minor edits:
↳ Sketch phase: Unlimited
↳ Coloring: Up to 20
↳ Rendering: Up to 8
Major changes may incur a fee (I’ll warn you first!).Revisions that backtrack the checkpoint (e.g., changes to line art during coloring, redesigns after sketch confirmation) or redraws due to incorrect/unclear references may also incur additional charges. These charges will be determined by the complexity and time needed to complete the change.Refunds 🔙
